Another important safety concern is allergic reactions. If you have a food allergy make certain the ingredient was not used in your meal. If you have an epi-pen, make sure your loved ones know how to use it for you, and vice versa if another family member has one. Severe allergic reactions / anaphylaxis may be characterized by facial swelling, trouble breathing, trouble swallowing, wheezing, chest tightness, etc.
Lastly, if you are planning on camping out for the Black Friday deals remember to stay well hydrated, nourished, and warm.

First Aid: Wednesday, January 31st, 5pm to 8pm at the Lawrence School, Falmouth, MA
These are Falmouth Community School classes, so registration and fee payment must be processed directly through them. A discount is given if you sign up for both CPR/AED and First Aid.
